Ciyou Temple – Beautiful Temple in Taipei’s Songshan District

Just beside the east entrance of the old Raohe night market in Taipei’s Songshan District is the beautiful Ciyou Temple.  This temple is a Taoist temple dedicated to the deity Mazu who is the Goddess of the Sea.  It was built in the 1750′s which make this a very well preserved historical landmark in Taipei city.      Read Full Article →
